Expertise

Mental Health Assessment
A full, respectful evaluation to understand what’s going on and build a support plan that works for the young person and their whānau.
One-on-One Therapy Sessions
Safe, confidential sessions using CBT, ACT, and strengths-based tools to help youth work through challenges in their own way.
Whānau Involvement and Support
Where appropriate, we include parents or caregivers to strengthen relationships, build shared understanding, and support long-term wellbeing.
Coping with Life’s Challenges
Support with anxiety, low mood, identity, school stress, family change, or grief — helping youth build practical tools to cope and grow.
Personalised Goal Setting
We work with young people to set achievable goals that support emotional growth, school success, and confidence in everyday life.
Connecting to Extra Support
When needed, we help connect youth and their whānau to other services such as GPs, schools, or specialist agencies for ongoing care.
